Bill G. Williams, Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned executive, Bill was Chairman and CEO of Direct Wireless Communications, and successor of publicly –held Health Discovery Corporation, listed on the OTCBB exchange. He also led Café Quick Enterprises, which uses a unique, patented air impingement technology to cook fresh frozen food in vending machines. The Café Quick technology was successfully licensed to KRh Corporation, which now distributes machines and products through Kraft Foods. He was also Chairman and CEO of Ameritron Corporation, a multi-business holding company, where he helped acquire 37 businesses in five years. He has also developed land and real estate.

Gerald Easterling, Co-Founder, President and Director
Gerald has built a broad, extensive career in food and related industries. He has held a wealth of operational, marketing/sales, and executive management positions in the development of food product lines, packaging, and the distribution of fast food equipment. He chaired the board of Excel Vending Companies. As president and board member of Café Quick Enterprises, he helped invent the Café Quick Automated food system and other innovative technologies. He has also licensed technologies worldwide, specifically through KRh Corporation, which now distributes machines and products under the Kraft Foods and Tyson brands.

Stephen T. Dalrymple, Secretary and Director
Steve is currently Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Baptist Community Service in Amarillo, Texas. He has held that position with this non-profit organization and its predecessor organizations since January of 1991. Baptist Community Services owns and operates retirement campuses in Amarillo and Lubbock, Texas, as well as a foundation for health promotion in Amarillo.
Steve received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in 1973 and his JD from the University of Texas School of Law in 1976. Areas of practice include health and employment law as well as exempt organizations.

Tilmon (Tim) H. Holloway, Director
Since 1977, Tim has been President and CEO of Baptist Community Services in Amarillo, Texas. Baptist Community Services owns and operates retirement campuses in Amarillo and Lubbock, Texas, as well as a foundation for health promotion in Amarillo. He is also President of High Plains Christian Ministries Foundations, a non-profit foundation established to support Christian and community services and programs.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeast Louisiana State University and a Masters in Health Administration from Washington University and completed his residency in administration at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas while serving as President and CEO of High Plains Baptist Health Systems in Amarillo.

Jon Trautman, Director of Global Marketing Strategy and Corporate Communications, Board Member
With a BA and MBA from Texas Christian University in Economics and Marketing, Jon has over 30 years experience with a major Fortune 500 company in marketing and international operations and has lived and worked in the United States and internationally. He has extensive experience in marketing and sales operations, joint venture development, and building brands in over 30 countries in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Jack Walker, Jr., Vice President Finance/Treasurer and Director
Jack is a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Walker and Vordenbaum CPAs in Seguin, Texas who works with a diverse range of small and statewide businesses. He is a member of The American Institute of CPAs and The Texas Society of CPAs. His practice includes tax, estate and tax planning and financial planning, including the sale of securities. Jack received his BBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Tom Untermeyer, Co-Founder / Consultant
Tom invented the technology behind the computer-controlled shrimp-raising system used by NaturalShrimp. As Senior Program Manager at Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, he has more than 20 years experience in systems engineering, program development and technical management. Tom has spent his entire career in the process of defining, designing, and developing electronic products and systems for commercial and governmental clients, and he has managed large technical teams composed of software, electrical, and mechanical engineers. Recently, Tom has applied his electronics and computer background toward the specialized field of Aquaculture. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from St. Mary's University in San Antonio.

Brad joined the NaturalShrimp team in January 2006 and served as Vice President of European Operations for a year and a half. He spent a year in Madrid establishing our European Joint Venture partnership. While in Spain, Brad helped negotiate contracts, worked with local and regional governments to gain acceptance of our project and helped to form the European business and team of employees. During his time in Spain, Brad stayed very involved in the U.S., working in the areas of finance, marketing and international joint ventures. Brad also plays a key role in Investor Relations.
Prior to joining the NaturalShrimp team, Brad worked as a consultant for Accenture. There he assisted Fortune 500 companies in developing new strategies and product lines. This experience serves him well in his position at NaturalShrimp. Brad received his BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University and his MBA from Texas State University while working in marketing and finance positions.

Dr. Doug Ernst, Sr. VP of Science & Technology
Doug has been working in the aquaculture industry for over 25 years, including research and development, commercial production and education. His work has encompassed microalgae, macroalgae, crustacean, and finfish production systems. Doug joined our firm after serving as Director of R&D for Soliv International in Seattle, where he developed intensive production systems for marine algae. Doug is also President of AquaFarm.com, developing software for aquaculture design and management. Educational degrees include a Ph.D. (Aquacultural Engineering, Oregon State University), an MS (Agricultural Engineering, OSU), and a BS (Aquatic Biology, University of Oregon).

Joe King, General Manager
Joe has more than 35 years of experience in operations, sales and marketing management. With a background in the manufacturing and financial industries, he has run bank operations, led new product production and expanded markets for new and existing products, and consistently exceeded management goals and objectives. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and completed the Graduate School of Sales Management and Marketing program at Syracuse University.
